I'm Joonas Rotko. For ten years I co-owned a marketing agency, where I ran outreach and owned sales growth for Mediashake. I've lived the daily reality of building pipeline: the cold outreach that has to land, the CRM that has to stay clean, the forecast that has to hold up in the room.
